A standard consult will generally run over 10 minutes.
These consultation can be via a phone call or a secure, dedicated video call.
These consults are ideal for:
- discussing any medical issues
- obtaining a prescription or repeat prescription for an existing medication.
- obtaining a medical certificate
- obtaining a specialist referral
- organising a pathology or medical imaging referral
- COVID-19 positive patient consultations
For fast, online delivery, your script, certificate or referral can be sent directly to you or your nominated pharmacy via email.
Please note:
If you book and pay for a standard consultation after-hours, your booking will be processed and the GP will contact you between 8am and 9am the next day.
